Ingredients

  • 80 g extra dark chocolate chips Emilia
  • 500 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla flavored sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 7 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs

Directions

Milk-based Bundt cake is the ideal dessert for a simple breakfast. If the dark chocolate chips melt into the batter, it become irresistible

Preheat the oven to 180°. Milk the butter and sugar, add the vanilla flavored sugar, salt and egg yolks. Mix the flour with the baking powder, and add to the mixture. Then add the milk and dark chocolate chips.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the batter, mixing slowly. Grease a Bundt pan, dust with the bread crumbs and pour in the batter.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°. Allow to cool before serving.

Protip

Slices of the cake can be served with Amarena cherries.
